merged changes from 0.1.x branch.
Added the ability to disable HIC threads by using 0 in the HICThreads configuration directive. Hydra now uses poll by default. Select is available using the --with-select configure option.
Long offsets are not used by default. Use of pipes instead of temporary files, if the post data sent are less than PIPE_BUF.
some fixes for gcc-2.95hic.c&*#&$
Improved the thread killing mechanism, to avoid unexpected errors. Now childen threads are killed with a HUP signal instead of pthread_cancel().
The headers of HIC-CGIs are now parsed by the server.
Several changes to allow setting the correct query string in HIC cgis.
Several changes to allow Cookies and POST data, to work in HIC CGIs. Check if a CGI is accessible before trying to execute it, and send not found if it is not accesible.
Added support for multiple HIC threads.
In sighup and sigterm, the HIC thread is terminated as well.
*** empty log message ***
Improved HIC support. Now queues are used, instead of pipes for IPC. This avoids hanging the server, if the pipe was full.
Updated the way HICModule works. Now accepts a content-type instead of a file extension. I think it is much cleaner.
Improvements on HIC support.
